The retail park Mecks* in Münster, completed in 2014, has been acquired by BMO Real Estate Partners Germany. Located in the Mecklenbeck district, the retail park encompasses 12,000 m². Tenants of the property include Aldi, Takko, Dänisches Bettenlager, and Robert Ley. CP Hamburg was involved in the acquisition process through a Technical Due Diligence. The retail park is intended to become part of the Best Value Germany III fund in the future.
