The logistics properties and projects of the Logistrial company were acquired by Union Investment for approximately 800 million euro. Negotiations concerning the portfolio consolidated within Logistrial by Garbe Industrial had already taken place in December. The acquisition by Union Investment includes 13 fully leased existing properties as well as six projects totaling approximately 580,000 m², located in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Austria. CP Hamburg was involved in the acquisition process by conducting Technical Due Diligence for three of the properties. Fifteen of the 19 properties will be allocated to the UniImmo: Europa fund, while the remaining four will be assigned to the UniImmo: Global fund. With this acquisition, Union Investment increases its logistics portfolio to a value of approximately 2 billion euro.
