The office project “Neo Büro am Ku’damm” in Berlin has been sold by Becken Development to Hansemerkur. Becken had recently estimated the project volume of the approximately 8,000 m² office building at 100 million euros. The building is leased to the International Workplace Group (IWG) and will be incorporated by Hansemerkur into a real estate special fund.
