This residential complex spans approximately 16,000 sqm of gross floor space and consists of six buildings with a total of 141 apartments, 99 parking spaces, and landscaped courtyards. MAGNA Real Estate aimed to create an important component for the “New Stellingen Center” (Managing Director of MAGNA Real Estate, Martin Göcks) and has handed it over to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen UG.
