The open real estate fund Berenberg Real Estate Hamburg has acquired office buildings in the cities of Hamburg, Lübeck, and Norderstedt from Magna Real Estate. The transaction includes four office buildings with a total rental area of 27,000 m². In return, Magna plans to establish a new portfolio worth 150 million euro.
