Eleven properties bought by the INP care fund 

The INP Care Fund has acquired a total of 11 properties in recent months, comprising senior residences, care centers, and nursing homes. The transaction volume amounted to approximately 180 million euro. C.P.H. Project- and Construction Management provided advisory services for the transactions in Castrop-Rauxel, Kirkel, Gersfeld, Seesen, and Stadtallendorf. 

Koblenz: Captiva acquires new building district 

The building leased to Convivo has been acquired by Captiva for the special fund “Captiva Healthcare Real Estate Germany 2.” Upon completion of the project, apartments, shared living arrangements, and day rental spaces will be offered. Consulting Partners Hamburg provided advisory services for the transaction. 

DIC buys two offices 

The portfolio includes the Deutsche Bahn operations center, valued at approximately 120 million euro, covering a total area of around 23,000 m², as well as an additional building in Mettmann with approximately 6,300 m². The office property in Mettmann is now part of the DIC portfolio. 

The Lornsen: Topping-out on Sylt 

On September 23, 2021, the MATRIX Group, together with the project stakeholders, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the “Das Lornsen” project on Sylt. The construction project consists of 4 buildings and comprises a total of 43 apartments. C. P. H. Projekt- und Baumanagement GmbH is acting as the project manager for the development. 

Mönchengladbach: HIH buys office building 

The “Kapellmann Office Building” in Gladbach has been sold by Jordan Grundbesitz to HIH Invest Real Estate. The complex houses office spaces, as well as areas for medical practices and archives. The law firm Kapellmann und Partner is the main tenant. C. P. H. Projekt- und Baumanagement provided advisory services to HIH during the transaction.

Warburg-HIH buys four project developments from Audere Equity 

The properties have been included in the “Zukunft Invest” fund managed by Warburg-HIH, which currently comprises eleven daycare centers. Apart from the project in Bremen-Huchting, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022, the other three properties will be completed later this year.
