DWS sells logistic center near Berlin
The approximately 29,000 m² property is located in the freight transport center of Großbeeren and features around 27,300 m² of logistics space and an additional approximately 1,700 m² of office space. CP Hamburg conducted the technical due diligence for the building, which was constructed in 2010.
