Primus Developments has sold the 59 rental apartments in the three urban villas of the Marina Gardens Allerinsel project in Celle to a fund managed by Hansainvest. The apartments on Hafenstraße range in size from 52 to 107 square meters. The project also includes five harbor houses with 46 owner-occupied apartments ranging from 85 to 178 square meters, connected by a landscaped garden. Construction began in the fall of 2022 and is expected to be completed by summer 2023.
