Ried Høfe

The RIED HØFE have been designed with families in mind, tailored to their preferences and needs. The 13 En Hus (single-family houses) and 26 Bred and Smal Hus (townhouses) seamlessly integrate into the green Elbvorort surroundings. Serving as a meeting place, there is an 820 m² playground with a basketball court. Each unit provides two parking spaces directly beneath the house, accessible through a private, enclosed entrance to the ground floor. In total, there are 92 parking spaces, with more than half designated as charging stations for electric mobility. There is also ample space for various types of two-wheelers to meet diverse mobility needs.
